about

These sounds were played at the Laguna Art Museum as part of a large three room installation by David Horvitz, Angela Seo and Jamie Stewart.
The physical work was called "I, lighthouse waiting for storms" and was in a show about nature and weather on November 5, 2016.
It featured 50 large wind chimes, bottles, coconuts, ice cream bells, ugly chanting, 2 candles and these recordings.

you may...

Play Tempesta 1A and 2B from one sound source.
Play Atsepmet 3C and 4D from another sound source several feet away or in another space but not so far away that the sounds cannot interact.
Listen with two mp3 players.
In each ear place a different headphone BUD.

Go about your night and be buffeted by life's winds.
Walk through the jungle and never hear the creeping assassin.
It works well very loud or very quiet.

You can listen to them one at a time as well if you want.

These are meant to be used as an ambient piece in the traditional form of ambient pieces, as part of or as an invasion into other activity.

Let yourself gooooooooooooooo and never come baaaaaaaaaaack.
